ROOM RATES

Westward Events

  • June-September: $200 (lunch or dinner)  
  • October-May: $99 (lunch or dinner) 
  • These rates help us pay for extra staff, cleaning, set up and break down, and also includes complimentary papadums & chutney or bread & dukka as a starter.
 

Westward & Banquet Room Events

  • Monday thru Thursday: $500 (5pm-10:30pm)
  • Friday and Saturday: $800 with a $2500 food and beverage minimum (5pm-11pm)

Please note: This fee is due at reservation to secure your event. It is to reserve both rooms for larger parties and helps us off set the cost of loosing half our restaruant to a private event.  The room fee is 100% refundable if cancellation happens 60 days before the event date. There is no outside food or beverage allowed for consumption in our space. If you are a wine maker or distributor of spirits or beer, please inquire for exceptions.


CAPACITY

  • Westward room: 28 seated 38 standing
  • Banquet Room: 38 seated
  • We are unable to seat more than 14 guests at one table in either room

The Banquet Room is available only in combination with Westward. One could book both rooms with guests up to 52 seated in the two rooms connected by a 7-foot sliding door. Or use the Westward room for a meet and greet or cocktail hour space & the Banquet Room for a seated meal for a maximum of 38 guests.


MENU

Family Style Menu samples with prices are posted to website. Many of the flavors and dishes we are known for are present on these sample menus and our Chef has taken careful planning to ensure these options will be flawless coming from our kitchen. Private groups up to 12 guests can order off our regular menu, but all groups larger than 12 must decided on a family style menu in advance. 20% gratuity plus WA sales tax will be added to your final bill


WINE/BEER/COCKTAILS

Non-alcoholic beverage choices are included in our Family Style Dinner prices. These beverages are ice tea, sodas & coffee. For hosts wanting to offer their guests beer, wine, or spirits, we can offer 2 tiers of beverage service at an additional charge. Note: A drink menu plan must be decided on in advance of the event & a no-host bar requires a service fee of $100.

tier 1: $20/person includes all our draft & bottle beer options & our house wine list.

tier 2: $30/person includes all the options above and a cocktail selection of 6 of our most popular cocktails & fine sipping spirits.

canapé buffet: a buffet of finger foods can be added to either of the beverage tiers for $10-$15

**We limit alcohol consumption to 4 drinks per guest in a 3-hour period to be compliant with Washington Liquor Control Laws.


PAYMENT

Your room fee payment is required by electronic invoice at the time of booking. Your food bill must be paid in full 10 days prior to the event.  20% gratuity plus WA sales tax will be added to your final bill


COMPLIMENTARY AMENITIES

Private entrance, private restroom, white linen napkins, glassware & table settings, printed keepsake menu with your special event and date at the top, ada accessibility, air conditioning, a variety of barn wood topped folding tables & bistro chairs, filtered south facing light, wifi, flexible layout, coat hooks.
